Blauberg motor have warranty of two years from the date of production time. During this period, if there are any defects in the materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or natural disasters. It also does not cover normal use, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
If you believe that your product is defective, please contact our client service center as soon as possible. We may ask you to provide proof of purchase , QR code on the motor or other information to validate your claim. If your claim is valid, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement.
If we determine that your product is covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace it as necessary. If we are unable to repair or replace the product, we will offer you a refund or a credit towards a new purchase at our discretion.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as described above. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
