Note
- Connect the power and control wires strictly according to the wiring diagram to prevent damage.
- Do not connect the white signal wire directly to the red signal wire or an external DC power supply.
- If the fan does not operate after startup, check the speed-control input voltage and wiring.
- The fan takes several seconds to start; do not touch the impeller or rotor while energized or running at low speed.
- Before energizing, verify that the motor is installed securely.
- Do not pull the power cable forcefully; damaged cables must be replaced by the manufacturer.
- Do not drop or impact the motor.
- Do not flush the motor with water.
- Consult the manufacturer before using a customized product outside the agreed operating conditions.
- The motor housing may remain hot after shutdown; use burn-protection measures if necessary.
- Ensure no foreign objects have entered the housing during installation.
- Rotate the rotor by hand before first startup and confirm there is no collision, interference, or jamming.
- The motor is a fan component and must not be operated alone without the impeller or load.
- After unpacking, repackage the product for storage in a clean, ventilated, non-corrosive environment at -40°C to +80°C and up to 95% RH, at least 15 cm above ground.
- Install the fan out of reach of children.
- Blauberg retains final interpretation of this specification.
Life and maintenance, warranty
- Design life is 50,000 hours, limited by the ball-bearing life at 40°C; actual life depends on temperature, humidity, installation, and load.
- Clean and maintain the fan every 3-6 months according to operating conditions.
- The complete fan carries a two-year warranty from the order delivery date for defects caused by product quality; improper disassembly, handling damage, human damage, and force majeure are excluded.
