• All prices are quoted EXW Suzhou (Incoterms 2020) unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Prices are subject to change without notice on the website; confirmed order prices are binding
• Prices exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, and freight charges
• Currency: USD or EUR unless otherwise agreed

• Standard: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% before shipment (T/T bank transfer)
• Approved distributors and Group Members: net 30–60 days as per individual agreement
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law

Standard products: subject to current MOQ listed on product page or quote. Custom/OEM products: MOQ as agreed in development agreement.

• Standard delivery: 15–25 business days from order confirmation and deposit receipt
• Sample orders: 7–10 business days
• Risk of loss transfers to Customer upon handover to freight carrier (EXW Suzhou)
• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control

Fan Selector is provided as a technical tool to assist product selection. Access is granted to registered users for legitimate product evaluation and procurement purposes.

• Searching and comparing product specifications for procurement evaluation
• Generating datasheets and preliminary quotations for internal use
• Submitting formal RFQs through the platform

• Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or reverse engineering of product data
• Sharing platform credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Using platform data to benefit competitors or create competing selection tools
• Circumventing permission tiers or accessing price data beyond your authorized level

All content, software, product data, images, trademarks ("BLAUBERG", "EC78"), and databases on this website are proprietary to Suzhou Blauberg Motor Technology Co., Ltd. or Blauberg Group. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use product documentation solely for their internal procurement and engineering purposes. No license to reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works is granted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the value of the relevant purchase order
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business interruption
• Product performance depends on correct specification selection and proper installation - we are not liable for damages arising from incorrect application or installation

The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) applies to international B2B transactions unless explicitly excluded in the purchase agreement.
