Our export activities are governed by the following regulatory frameworks:

The majority of Blauberg Motoren standard EC fan and motor products are classified as commercial/dual-use goods for general industrial ventilation and HVAC applications. They are generally:
- HS Code (China export): 8414.59 (fans and blowers), 8501.52 / 8501.53 (AC/DC motors)
- ECCN (U.S. EAR): EAR99 (most standard models - no license typically required)
- EU Dual-Use: Not listed in Annex I of the EU Dual-Use Regulation for standard commercial fans
Blauberg Motoren products must not be used in:
- Design, development, production, or stockpiling of chemical, biological, nuclear, or radiological (CBRN) weapons
- Military or defense applications without appropriate government authorization
- Projects sanctioned by the UN Security Council or subject to targeted sanctions
- Any purpose prohibited by applicable export control laws
We do not export to, or process transactions involving, entities or individuals subject to sanctions under the following programs:
- UN Security Council consolidated sanctions list
- U.S. OFAC SDN (Specially Designated Nationals) and Blocked Persons List
- EU consolidated sanctions list
- China's unreliable entity list and export control entity list
We conduct automated screening of all customers and end-users against these lists prior to order confirmation. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if screening requires review.
We currently supply customers in more than 90 countries. Certain destinations require additional documentation or may be subject to trade restrictions. Contact our compliance team for country-specific guidance before placing large or first-time orders from: Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Russia (post-2022 expanded sanctions), Belarus, Myanmar.
By purchasing our products, customers agree to:
- Comply with all applicable export control and customs laws in their own country and the country of destination
- Not re-export products to any country, entity, or person in violation of applicable sanctions
- Accurately declare the end-use and end-user of products in all import/export documentation
- Obtain all required import licenses, permits, and certifications in the destination country
- Immediately notify Blauberg Motoren if they become aware of any potential export control violation involving our products
- Maintain records of product disposition for a minimum of 5 years

Any suspected violations of export control laws involving our products should be reported immediately to Andie@blauberg.cn. We cooperate fully with regulatory authorities. Customers found to be in violation of export control requirements may have their accounts suspended and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
