Speed Setting

Short yellow VSP to red +10 VDC. The fan runs at full speed.
product-1-1 2. Voltage Control 0–10 VDC
Apply 0–10 VDC between yellow VSP and blue GND. Above 1.0 VDC: fan starts; below 0.5 VDC: fan stops.

PWM frequency: 1–10 kHz. Duty above 10%: fan starts; duty below 5%: fan stops; duty at or above 10% controls speed.

Use a 10 kΩ potentiometer between red +10 V, yellow VSP and blue GND.

Signal Feedback

The fan provides a tachometer speed-output signal. The pull-up resistor is connected by the customer. Vfg = 3–30 VDC and R ≥ 1000 × Vfg Ω.

Speed Calculation

n = 60f/a, where n is fan speed, a is the number of pulses per revolution, and f is the signal-output waveform frequency. This model provides 5 pulses per revolution.

Note

Connect the power and control lines strictly according to the wiring diagram.

Do not connect signal wires directly to an incompatible external DC power supply.

Verify the speed-control input voltage before start-up and do not touch the impeller or rotor after energising.

The fan may take several seconds to start after power-on.

The motor must not be operated without the impeller or load.

Store the product in a clean, well-ventilated location within the specified storage conditions.
