Speed setting supports full-speed operation, 0-10 VDC voltage control, PWM control (1-10 kHz) and a 10 kw potentiometer. The tach output provides two pulses per revolution.

Note

Connect the power and control lines strictly according to the wiring diagram.

Do not connect the white signal wire directly to the red signal wire or an external DC power supply.

If the fan does not start, check the speed-control input voltage; do not touch the impeller or rotor after power is applied.

The fan takes several seconds to start; do not touch the impeller or rotor while energized or at low speed.

Before power-on, confirm that the motor is installed securely.

Do not pull the power cord; a damaged cord must be replaced by the manufacturer.

Do not drop or impact the motor.

Do not flush the motor.

Consult Blauberg before using customized products outside the agreed operating conditions.

The motor casing may remain hot after operation; take precautions against burns.

Keep debris out of the casing during installation.

Before installation and operation, turn the rotor by hand to confirm there is no collision, interference or jamming.

The motor must not be used without an impeller or load.

Store repackaged units in a clean, ventilated warehouse at -40℃ to +80℃, relative humidity no more than 95%, without corrosive gas and at least 15 cm above the ground.

Install the fan out of children's reach.

Life and maintenance, warranty

The design life is 50,000 hours, limited by ball-bearing life at 40℃; actual service life varies with temperature, humidity, installation, load and other operating conditions.

Clean and maintain the fan every 3-6 months as appropriate for the environment.

The complete unit carries a two-year warranty from the delivery date for failures caused by product quality; damage caused by improper disassembly, handling, man-made damage, natural disasters or force majeure is excluded.
