SL-F120B-EC-00 120mm EC Single Inlet Centrifugal Blower

The SL-F120B-EC-00 is a high-efficiency EC single inlet centrifugal blower designed for compact ventilation, air-handling and equipment-cooling applications. It combines an EC motor, forward-curved impeller and galvanized steel housing for efficient, stable and reliable operation.

Speed Control Settings

Speed can be controlled by a 0-10 VDC signal, PWM generator or 10 kOhm potentiometer. A higher control signal increases fan speed. Connect the control circuit strictly according to the wiring diagram.

Note

1. The power line and control line of the fan should be connected strictly according to the wiring diagram.
2. Do not connect the white signal wire directly to the red signal wire or an external DC power supply.
3. If the fan does not work after starting, check the speed-regulation input voltage and wiring. Do not touch the impeller or rotor after power is applied.
4. The fan may take several seconds to start after power-on. Keep clear of the impeller during electrifying or low-speed operation.
5. Before turning on the power, check that the motor is installed securely.
6. Do not pull the power cord with excessive force. A damaged power cord must be replaced by the manufacturer.
7. Do not drop or crush the motor.
8. Do not flush the motor with water.
9. For customized use outside the agreed working conditions, consult Blauberg first.
10. The motor casing may remain hot for a short period after operation stops. Take measures to prevent burns.
11. During installation, ensure the casing is clean and free from debris.
12. Before first operation, rotate the rotor by hand to confirm there is no collision, interference or jamming.
13. The motor is part of the fan and must not be used alone without an impeller or load.
14. After unpacking, repackage the product if it needs to be stored. Store in a clean, ventilated warehouse at -40°C to +80°C, with relative humidity no more than 95%, no corrosive gases, and at least 15 cm above the ground.
15. Install the fan out of reach of children and do not allow children to use the product.
16. The final interpretation right of this specification belongs to Blauberg.

Life and Maintenance, Warranty

1. The design life of the fan is 50,000 hours, limited by the ball bearing life at 40°C. Actual service life varies with temperature, humidity, installation, load and other environmental conditions.
2. According to the environment, clean and maintain the fan every 3-6 months.
3. From the date of purchase, the warranty period of the complete fan is two years. Failures caused by product quality are repaired or replaced free of charge; damage caused by improper disassembly, handling, man-made damage, natural disasters or force majeure is not covered.
