Speed Control Settings
Speed can be controlled by PWM, a variable resistor or a 1-10 VDC signal. Follow the wiring diagram. Start-up occurs above approximately 0.9 V or 9% PWM.
Note
- Connect the power and control lines strictly according to the wiring diagram.
- Do not connect the white signal wire directly to the red signal wire or an external DC power supply.
- Do not touch the impeller or rotor after the fan is energized.
- Check that the motor is installed securely before applying power.
- Do not pull, drop, crush or flush the motor or cable.
- Before first operation, rotate the rotor by hand and confirm there is no collision, interference or jamming.
- Keep the product away from children.
Life and Maintenance, Warranty
- The fan design life is 50,000 hours under specified conditions and actual life depends on temperature, humidity, installation and load.
- Clean and maintain the fan every 3-6 months according to the environment.
- The complete fan is covered by a two-year warranty for product-quality failures; damage caused by improper handling, unauthorized disassembly, man-made damage or force majeure is excluded.
